We also had the displeasure of watching one of the owners scream at a truckdriver who was asking for a discount on replacing a tire since this shop wanted $700 and a different shop up in Flagstaff only charges $400. The truckdriver decided to go to Flagstaff.
These people lack of common sense, and will ruin your day(s).

The good: They offered to waive their diagnostics fee and, they let us plug our motorhome in overnight and said they'd come back the next morning which was Thanksgiving.
AAMCO in Prescott proved I was right about the transmission and it only needed a bushing and tailhousing which were damage by a new driveline that a previous shop in Kingman, AZ (One Stop Automotive) built too short, off center and crooked.
The bad: They didn't show up until 1 PM the next day. They took a quick look underneath without even breaking out a wrench and said we needed a new transmission, which I was sure it did not so, we decided to call for a tow to Prescott. By that time it was too late to get Thanksgiving dinner at the only restaurant in town (we didn't want to go earlier in case we missed the mechanics) and, since not a single store in town had any Thanksgiving fixings, we had had to have cheese and crackers.

This shop is a JOKE!!!! If you break down in your semi truck, don't beleive them.... They ABSOLUTELY don't know what they are doing when it comes to fixing them! Our semi broke down April 2, 2015. They told us it was an oil cooler and charged us a little over $2,000 and told us it would be done the next morning. When we got there the next morning they let us know that, that wasn't the problem that we had a cracked head. We called RWC dealership and found that you needed a special machine, so we were going to have it towed to the dealership. Mitch said he used to work at the international dealership, that he knew what he was doing!!! We decided to leave it there!!! BIG MISTAKE!! It is now June 1st and they still have our truck and have been paid 100% in full!!!! They lied to the warranty company to get paid, they ignore phone calls, don't call anyone back and when they do answer its the same story "this afternoon or tomorrow morning" and tells a different lie everyday!! They keep saying that the dealership keeps selling them "faulty" parts!! We've talked to the dealership and found they don't have a very good name! We showed up un announced to find our parts thrown everywhere in the dirt, then covered it up to the warranty company investigator by putting them on a pallet with a tarp over it!! Good thing pictures don't lie!!! They charged us almost $30,000 for an inframe rebuild that the DEALERSHIP would have charged half that price for a drop and swap crate motor! The dealership said a job like this shouldve only taken 5 days MAX!!!! They have another semi and motorhome there that have been there for over 2 years (from their mouths) this place is a complete joke and hasn't even offered to reimburse us for time down or anything!!!!! They don't care that this is someone's only way of income!! They are also VERY rude and have fowl mouthes....PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE WE DID
